Luv Sab Movie Review:
Luv Sab fails to deliver a good story which will reflect the love angle of the youths. Although movie tries to focus itself on love story but it fails miserably. Screenplay is so scattered and weak that audience will find many dull moment throughout the movie. There are lots of flaws in the movie that will not give audience patience to stay in the theater. Another strong weak point of the movie is poorly written characters and their love chemistry.
Shisir Bhandari’s dialogue delivery and one liner dialogues are funny which will give smile on your face time and again. Dialogues are placed timely and are appropriate for the youths which will remain on their mind after the movies too. But the writers gives you many chances to get bored throughout the movie. Many scenes are unwanted and not of use. It seems like with the dialogues and good stars director feels that movie will work but it fails.
Samyam Puri is one of the pillar of the movie. His performance is superb. Like his previous movie Punte Parade, his performance will get shadow due to weak screenplay. Salon Basnet looks good and his one liner dialogues are quite enjoyable. Shisir Bhandari has portrayed the Madhesi character very well and his dialogue delivery and tone is superb. He has caliber for becoming a good actor in future. Alishma Shrestha has very few screen space and she looks beautiful and cute.
One good thing of director Dev Kumar Shrestha in the movie which may be saleable is he has portrayed brilliant performance of Samyam Puri on his character which is appreciable but unfortunately other entire aspects of the movie takes back seat. Director could have emphasis on editing phase which could remove many dull scenes from the movie but he feels audience have free time to watch every scenes whatever he presents which will surely helps to get bad mouth of publicity. Cinematography is good but editing work is done poorly. Background score is another appreciable aspect of the movie.
Luv Sab fails to entertain audience fully. Samyam Puri’s performance and dialogues are funny but without a solid plot it won’t be enough to hold audience inside the theater. Investment of above 80 lakhs on the movie has not been made worth out and will have to face heavy loss for producer. I am going with 2/5 stars for this film.
